How to list your property, step by step

Step 1

Create an owner account

1. 1.1Press "List property" at the top right of any pageThe green button in the menu bar
2. 1.2Sign up with email, or sign in with GoogleWith email, we send a confirmation link to your inbox
3. 1.3Confirm your email and you are brought back to the listing form

Step 2

Enter the property details

1. 2.1Choose the type: condo, apartment, house, office or co-working
2. 2.2Write a title in Thai, and in English if you canA good title: project name + best feature + nearest station
3. 2.3Enter size, bedrooms, bathrooms and rent. Buildings with several room types can add each oneSeveral room types show as a price range
4. 2.4Set the minimum contract, deposit and advance rent

Step 3

Pin the location

1. 3.1Paste the building's Google Maps link, or search for the place on the map
2. 3.2Click or drag the pin onto the buildingAn accurate pin lets us find the right nearby stations
3. 3.3Check the address, district, sub-district and postcode

Step 4

Add photos and video

1. 4.1Upload up to 35 photos; the website shows them by package (Basic 20 · Standard 30 · Premium 35)Shoot landscape, in daylight, with every light on
2. 4.2The first photo is the cover; click any photo to make it the coverThe cover is the first thing renters see in search
3. 4.3Paste a YouTube or TikTok video linkVideo shows on the website with the Premium package

Step 5

Description, amenities and contact

1. 5.1Tick only the amenities you really haveRenters filter by them
2. 5.2Write the description in Thai and EnglishThe English listing page uses the English text, or the Thai if left empty
3. 5.3Enter the contact name, phone number and LINE ID
4. 5.4Press "Save and continue to payment", or "Save as draft" for laterDrafts never expire; edit them from your dashboard

Step 6

Choose a package and pay

1. 6.1Choose Basic, Standard or Premium1 payment = 1 listing
2. 6.2Have a promo code? Enter it in the discount box and press "Apply"
3. 6.3Pay by PromptPay or cardYour listing goes live as soon as payment succeeds

Step 7

Manage your listing

1. 7.1See views and contact clicks in your dashboard
2. 7.2Renew before it ends; otherwise the listing turns off when the package period is overWe email you before it expires
3. 7.3Rented out? Take it down and use the remaining package for another room
